In particular, many positive comments were made about how suitable your venue was the high standard of service and wonderful food. Please can you pass on our special thanks to Merv for his menu input and chef skills that were appreciated by all.
Please could you also pass on our thanks for all the hard work and service put in by your waiting staff throughout the dinner.

On Sunday Sept 11 the Jazz Club held their annual fundraiser for Waipuna Hospice. This is the third time we have carried out this venture and the first time we have done it on a Club night at the RSA. It was very successful, with about 120 -140 people attending.
Our room accommodated those people and Pauline was marvellous on the bar as usual. Thank you so much for absorbing the bar staff costs as a contribution towards the fundraiser. It is always appreciated that you continue to allow us the use of the room rent free.
We have not yet heard from Waipuna, but expect that over $2000 was contributed to their cause. You played a part in our achieving that sum.

On behalf of the people who attended the RNZEME Corps Day weekend held at the Tauranga RSA 26-28 November 2010 and the organising committee, I would like to thank all your staff for their great effort over those three days.
There have been many comments from the visitors, the majority extremely favourable and most found the venue both pleasant and comfortable and the staff friendly. As the organising committee we found the assisstance oofered by your staff over the months prior to the weekend most helpful and many problems wereovercome without any trouble.
The organising of the meals, service at the bars, administration and even help with our memorial parade was very much appreciated. We would like to pass on our thanks to all concerned.
